Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and the resources reserved upon booking, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing the PRP service, you acknowledge and agree to the following: No Cancellations or Refunds: Once you commit to the PRP service, you are financially responsible for the full service amount regardless of whether you attend your appointment. Full Payment Required: Payment is due at the time of each session; however, you are contractually obligated to complete and pay for all three sessions once the package is initiated. No Exceptions: This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, dissatisfaction with results, scheduling issues, or personal conflicts. Please ensure full commitment before starting the treatment series. By booking your selected service you agree to be bound by this policy and are responsible for the full amount due.
